  • The Bolton Local Development Corporation (BLDC or Bolton LDC) is a Not-for-Profit corporation managed by nine Directors, all of whom live and work in the local community. As a group, the Directors have broad and varied experience with local business. The BLDC is charged by law with promoting business development in the Town of Bolton.
